WHAT TO EXPECT

When you call us, we try to make it as easy as we can on the customer to communicate what issue or project you are requesting help on.  Our process includes:

1. We receive a call from you regarding what electrical service is needed.

2. Together, we schedule an appointment so that we can meet at the job's location to discuss the requirements, estimated completion time and materials needed in order to complete the project.

3. We schedule a date and time to work on the project or repair.

4. On completion of your electrical job, we'll give you a bill of work that was performed.  You can then pay us in full or if you cannot afford to make the payment in full, we can set you up with a monthly payment plan.

FREE ESTIMATES

Our initial walk-through and estimation are completely free to the customer.

HOURLY RATE

Our hourly rate is based on our experience and time that we have dedicated to the electrical field as an electrician.  It is also based on what some of our customers are willing to spend on electrical service that we provide.  Our hourly rate is $40.00 per hour.  

NO CALL-OUT FEE

A lot of contractors or service technicians charge a rate just to show up to the job site.  We do not think that that is right and not really fair to the customer.  The customer does not expect to be charged just to show up just to tell them what is wrong and then not performing the work to be done.  We know it takes time to perform an estimate; however, we feel that the customer is better served by charging only for the work required to complete the project or repair.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The payment methods that we accept include cash, check and money order.  If you cannot pay us in full for the work completed at the time of service, we can also provide a monthly payment option.
